How Telelisting collects, uses, protects and deletes personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA.
Last updated: August 6, 2026
The Telelisting platform and websites (telelisting.net) are owned and operated by Hamel Solutions Internet Inc., 103-2301 Rue St-Patrick, Montréal (Québec) H3K 1B3, Canada — 514-705-4077. Telelisting is a Canadian customer-relationship and prospecting platform for real-estate professionals. This policy covers the Telelisting application (crm.telelisting.net), our public websites, and related services.
If you connect a social account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or TikTok), you authorize Telelisting — through each platform's official API — to publish the posts you compose and schedule, and to read basic profile details (name, picture, page list) needed to show your connected accounts. We only publish content you explicitly create; we never post without your action, never read your private messages, and never sell social data. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers, and you can revoke access at any time from the social platform's own security settings or by disconnecting the account in Telelisting.
You may optionally connect your own Gmail or Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail/Microsoft 365) mailbox to Telelisting. If you do, you authorize Telelisting — through Google's and Microsoft's official APIs — to (1) send the individual emails you compose in Telelisting from your own address, and (2) read incoming messages in your mailbox for the sole purpose of importing, into your private workspace, messages whose sender matches one of YOUR OWN leads or clients. Messages from anyone else are ignored and never stored. We never use your mailbox for bulk or marketing email, never post or send anything without your explicit action, and no humans read your email data except with your consent for support, when required for security or abuse investigation, or where required by law.
Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) on our Canadian servers and are deleted when you disconnect the account in Telelisting (Settings) — you can also revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings. Telelisting's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never transferred except as needed to provide the features described above, for security, or to comply with the law.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We use vetted processors to run the service, each receiving only what its function requires: payment processing (Stripe), telephony and SMS (Twilio and Canadian carriers), email delivery (SparkPost), connected mailboxes (Google Gmail API and Microsoft Graph, at your option), AI features (Google), social publishing (the platforms listed above), and Canadian hosting infrastructure.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. When a subscription ends, workspace data is deleted after a reasonable wind-down period on request or per our data-retention schedule.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To delete data we hold about you — including data obtained through a connected social or email account — email us at the address below from the account's email address, or disconnect the account in Telelisting (Settings) and request erasure. We respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by role-based access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging and Canadian data residency for core application data.
Our sites use only essential cookies (session, language preference, security). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We measure usage of our public website and of the application itself so we can see which pages and features are used. This analytics runs on our own servers in Canada, sets no cookies, and creates no identifier for you: it records page addresses, referring site, approximate region, browser and device type, in aggregate. It is not linked to your account, and we do not use it to monitor the work of an individual user. No usage data is sold or shared with advertising networks.
The service is intended for real-estate professionals and is not directed at minors; we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
