Telelisting has been built, run and supported from Montréal since 2004 — by one independent Canadian company, on servers we own. This page explains exactly what that means, including the parts that aren't in Canada.
Telelisting is owned and operated by Hamel Solutions Internet Inc., an independent Canadian company at 103-2301 Rue St-Patrick, Montréal (Québec) H3K 1B3. Not a franchise, not a reseller, and not a Canadian storefront in front of someone else's platform.
The software is written here. Support answers here, in English and French. And the servers your data sits on are in a Montréal data centre, owned and administered by us.
Serving Canadian real-estate brokerages for over twenty years.
No foreign parent company, no outside investors.
EN and FR per user — not a translation layer added later.
Your contract is governed by Québec and Canadian law.
The question a brokerage actually needs answered.
Your leads, contacts, phonebook, call records, documents and reporting — everything the CRM holds — sit on our own hardware in Montréal. We are not renting a tenancy in a hyperscale cloud, which means no other company's terms of service sit between you and your records.
Database, files, telephony and video all run on hardware we own in Montréal.
Every brokerage's records are scoped to that brokerage.
Time-stamped records of access and activity.
Usage measurement runs on our own Canadian servers and sets no cookies.
Running a phone system, sending email and taking payment means using specialists. Here is every one of them, and what it receives.
| Service | What it's used for | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe / PayPal | Payment processing | Billing details. Full card numbers never touch our servers. |
| Twilio + Canadian carriers | Calls and SMS | The numbers dialled and message content, as any carrier must. |
| SparkPost | Email delivery | Recipient addresses and the messages you send. |
| Google / Microsoft | Connected mailboxes, at your option | Only if you choose to connect a mailbox. Disconnect it and access is revoked. |
| AI features (CMA, risk analysis) | The text of the document or listing being analysed. |
We would rather list these than have you find them. None of them holds your CRM — your leads, contacts, phonebook and history stay on our servers in Montréal.
The platform is designed around Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, and our privacy policy sets out exactly what we collect and why.
Denis Hamel is the person responsible for the protection of personal information — reachable directly, in Montréal.
If our answer doesn't satisfy you, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada are both open to you.
Real people, in your time zone, in your language.
