Canadian company

Built in Montréal. Your data stays here.

Telelisting has been built, run and supported from Montréal since 2004 — by one independent Canadian company, on servers we own. This page explains exactly what that means, including the parts that aren't in Canada.

MADE IN CANADA MONTRÉAL · QUÉBEC

Who you're actually buying from

Telelisting is owned and operated by Hamel Solutions Internet Inc., an independent Canadian company at 103-2301 Rue St-Patrick, Montréal (Québec) H3K 1B3. Not a franchise, not a reseller, and not a Canadian storefront in front of someone else's platform.

The software is written here. Support answers here, in English and French. And the servers your data sits on are in a Montréal data centre, owned and administered by us.

Since 2004

Serving Canadian real-estate brokerages for over twenty years.

Independently owned

No foreign parent company, no outside investors.

Bilingual by design

EN and FR per user — not a translation layer added later.

Québec jurisdiction

Your contract is governed by Québec and Canadian law.

Where your data lives

The question a brokerage actually needs answered.

Your leads, contacts, phonebook, call records, documents and reporting — everything the CRM holds — sit on our own hardware in Montréal. We are not renting a tenancy in a hyperscale cloud, which means no other company's terms of service sit between you and your records.

The precise claim: data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by role-based access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging and Canadian data residency for core application data. That last phrase is deliberate — the table below shows what falls outside it.

Our own servers

Database, files, telephony and video all run on hardware we own in Montréal.

Tenant isolation

Every brokerage's records are scoped to that brokerage.

Audit logging

Time-stamped records of access and activity.

Cookieless analytics

Usage measurement runs on our own Canadian servers and sets no cookies.

The parts that aren't in Canada

Running a phone system, sending email and taking payment means using specialists. Here is every one of them, and what it receives.

Service What it's used for What it receives
Stripe / PayPalPayment processingBilling details. Full card numbers never touch our servers.
Twilio + Canadian carriersCalls and SMSThe numbers dialled and message content, as any carrier must.
SparkPostEmail deliveryRecipient addresses and the messages you send.
Google / MicrosoftConnected mailboxes, at your optionOnly if you choose to connect a mailbox. Disconnect it and access is revoked.
GoogleAI features (CMA, risk analysis)The text of the document or listing being analysed.

We would rather list these than have you find them. None of them holds your CRM — your leads, contacts, phonebook and history stay on our servers in Montréal.

Canadian law, Canadian recourse

Built for Law 25 and PIPEDA

The platform is designed around Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, and our privacy policy sets out exactly what we collect and why.

A named privacy officer

Denis Hamel is the person responsible for the protection of personal information — reachable directly, in Montréal.

Somewhere to escalate

If our answer doesn't satisfy you, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada are both open to you.
